This apartment originally had a Speakercraft AV system design and installed by Olive for a local developer, however when the apartment sold, the new owner wanted additional features. As Olive had designed the system in a way that it could be changed in the future the upgrade was very simple and before the new owner even moved in the system was up and running for him. The upgrades included portable Crestron touchpanels, a Crestron iPod dock and Music server.
